Judy Steele
Judy Steele is committed to serving the members of the Northpoint Community as the Executive Property Manager. From greeting new community members to ensuring smooth, steady, and reliable property management, the buck stops with her. Judy has an open door policy. She is happy to personally speak with anyone in need of assistance.
Born and raised in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Judy served in the US Army for 4 years before entering the field of property management. Today, she has over a decade of management and leasing experience. Additionally, Judy is a Certified Apartment Manager and a National Apartment Leasing Professional, and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker. Judy is married and has one daughter.

Sandra Dixon
Mrs. Sandra Dixon recently relocated to the Fayetteville area from Virginia Beach along with her husband and son. She joined the Northpoint Community as the property's Assistant Manager in March of 2006. Though she's fairly new to Northpoint, Sandra has a great deal of experience in serving various apartment communities in a management capacity. She began her career in Property Management in 1995 with Great Atlantic Mgmt. Company where she managed over 300 apartments. In addition, she has worked with The Breeden Company as the Administrative Assistant for their Apartment Division. Sandra holds a certificate in R.A.M.

Jeffery McDonald
Jeffery McDonald is originally from Douglasville, GA. He relocated to North Carolina in 1993. and worked in the field of Commercial, Residential, and Multifamily Construction. In 2002 Jeffery transitioned into the maintenance field and in 2006 was hired as Northpoint Apartment's Maintenance Supervisor, Jeffery is dedicated to ensuring prompt, professioal, and complete maintenance that surpasses the industry standards. Jeffery is married and has 3 children.

Glen Foust
Glen Foust and his wife moved to the local area in 2000. In 2002, Glen began working for Wellons at Northpoint and Lake Charles Apartments he stayed with Northpoint when new management took over in 2006. Glen really likes working with the community and loves the improvements being made.
