A: Lease terms are for either 6, 9, or 12 months lower rates for 18 and 24 month leases.
Q:Do you have a Military Clause?
A:Yes, The Miltary Clause is now a law. PSC, ETS, and Deployments are covered. All that is needed is a copy of your orders and a 30- Day written notice that will begin when your next rental payment is due.
Q:Are there schools nearby?
A:Yes, Northpoint Apartments is in Harnett County just north of Fort Bragg and Fayetteville, NC. We are fortunate to be next to Overhills Middle School and High School. Next year, a new elementary school opens across the street. Your children can walk to school and you have easy access to all Overhills school activities. For families with school age children, the location makes great apartment rental home living!

A:These features are included standard with your apartment rent. You can upgrade internet to a higher speed at your apartment if you choose.
Q:Where is the nearest grocery store?
A:Our apartments have a new Food Lion within walking distance of Northpoint just north on Ray Road.
Q:Is Northpoint located in a safe area.
A: No area or apartment community is completely without crime. The Northpoint Staff is involved with the Community Watch program offered by the Harnett County Sheriff's Office. We communicate with the Sheriff's office on ways to reduce our risk. The Deputies and Northpoint staff make our presents known on both properties. The leasing office has brochures available with precautions to protect your family and personal property.
