Dear Residents,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. I am Judy Steele and the Assistant Manager is Sandra Dixon. I am excited for the opportunity to be your Property Manager.
We hope you enjoy the cable and internet, playgrounds, swimming pool, and open spaces we have here at Northpoint.
We believe the Fayetteville, NC area and especially here in Spring Lake is a great place for rental living. Because of this, we have added a community page to this website and are working to answer more apartment living questions in FAQs.
Know that we are working hard continuing to improve the rental apartment community. Just this month, we have begun offering one bedroom units and have plans to add other facilities in the future like a laundry, a fitness center, and more.
Northpoint and Lake Charles will continue to offer our resident referral program. I am excited to continue a one month$100.00 rental discount, for the first new resident you refer, $150.00 for the second referral, and $200.00 for the third referral for either of the communities.
